Studies, reviews and reported harms

The record includes encouraging skin findings and uncomfortable cases. Both deserve to be easy to locate.

The opening case and the skin studies

For the site's opening question, start with the renal-infarction case and literature review. It gives the suspected association and the authors' proposed mechanisms. The oral-pigmentation report follows a different effect in a different tissue.

For skin, the 2025 topical GHK review puts efficacy and delivery in the same discussion. The 1988 fibroblast experiment is the smaller, more direct collagen finding. The human hair trial concerns a combination containing GHK.

For GLOW's ingredients, the 2026 review of peptide therapies and the BPC-157 narrative review describe the limited human record. Neither is a clinical test of GLOW.
